Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Act as a technical solution lead for merchant and partner integrations, coordinating and guiding solution design across internal engineering, product, and operations teams

• Own the end-to-end technical solutioning for complex integrations involving APIs, payment flows, settlements, and stablecoin rails

• Define and drive the technical tasks and implementation approach required to deliver customer and partner solutions successfully

• Ensure solutions meet customer, operational, program, and service objectives, balancing scalability, reliability, and compliance

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing architectures, integration patterns, tooling, and processes

• Exercise strong judgment to reconcile competing priorities such as time-to-market, solution quality, technical complexity, and risk

• Identify recurring patterns in integrations and abstract them into reusable, scalable solution frameworks

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to define and improve standards for solution design, integration quality, and engineering rigor

• Serve as a trusted technical representative of Triple-A in interactions with merchants, partners, and external stakeholders

• Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including technical discovery, architecture reviews, and go-live readiness

Expected Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Solution Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Payments Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience

• Strong understanding of API-based platforms, system integration, and distributed systems

• Experience working with payments, fintech platforms, or financial infrastructure

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proven ability to operate independently while leading cross-functional technical initiatives

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Experience with payment gateways, PSPs, or platform products (e.g., Stripe, Connect-style models)

• Familiarity with blockchain, stablecoins, wallets, or on-chain settlement concepts

• Experience working with global merchants and cross-border payment flows

• Background in fintech compliance concepts (KYC, KYB, AML, settlements)
