We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions for Singapore's Whole-of-Government (WOG) customers within the Government Digital Solutions BU. This role combines architectural leadership, deep technical expertise, and strong collaboration with enterprise software OEMs (e.g. ServiceNow, SAS, Elastic, AWS, Azure, GCP) to support Singapore's digital government vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture for enterprise applications, including workflow, case management, portals, and data platforms.
- Ensure alignment with government frameworks (GCC, Zero Trust, IM8) and security standards.
- Design scalable, reusable, and modular architectures for large-scale government transformation programmes.
- Define technical strategy and roadmap in collaboration with BU leadership.
- Partner with OEMs to co-create and integrate platforms within government technology ecosystems.
- Lead technical delivery for complex, multi-agency integrations, including deployment and go-live.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior government stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in solution architecture, enterprise software delivery, or public-sector digital transformation.
- Strong track record in enterprise platforms, complex systems integration, and multi-agency programmes.
- Proven experience managing OEM partnerships and co-developing solutions.
- Deep knowledge of government frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security, and integration patterns.
- Experience with AI-enabled solutions and cloud-native platforms is a plus.
- Agile / DevSecOps certifications (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, PMP) preferred.
