Solution Architect ( ServiceNow / SAS / Elastic / AWS / Azure / Google )

Our client is looking for a Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping Singapore's digital future. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions for Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will bridge the gap between complex government requirements and cutting-edge technology from top-tier OEMs like AWS, Azure, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Architectural Design: Lead the blueprinting of complex digital applications, including case management systems, workflow portals, and data platforms.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to Singapore Government frameworks, including GCC (Government Commercial Cloud), IM8 compliance, and Zero Trust security models.

• OEM & Partner Integration: Collaborate with major enterprise software vendors (ServiceNow, SAS, Elastic, etc.) to co-create and integrate third-party platforms into the government's technology stack.

• Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical authority for multi-agency system integrations, providing guidance on solving complex architectural bottlenecks.

• Stakeholder Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior government officials, aligning technical roadmaps with national strategic goals.

• Innovation: Drive the adoption of modern technologies, including AI-enabled decision support and modular/reusable microservices.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of leadership in solution architecture or enterprise software delivery, with a proven track record in public-sector projects.

• Technical Depth: Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deep experience in complex systems integration.

• Compliance Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Singapore's public sector IT environment (e.g., G-Cloud, WOG policies).

• Project Frameworks: Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and large-scale delivery (SAFe or PMP certifications are preferred).
