Solution Architect (OutSystems)

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on OutSystems Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable enterprise applications and digital solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and developers to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions using the OutSystems platform. This role involves solution design, system integration, architecture governance, and supporting delivery from MVP through to production rollout.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, pragmatic, and experienced in delivering enterprise applications in fast-paced environments.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $10,000 (basic) + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architecture using OutSystems

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise applications

• Design integrations with APIs, ERP systems, databases, and third-party platforms

• Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable components

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

• Work closely with business and project stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Support MVP development, prototyping, and solution validation

• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security

• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams on deployment architecture

• Drive continuous improvement and long-term solution scalability

Requirements

Experiences

• 6-10 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or solution architecture

• Strong experience delivering enterprise applications using OutSystems

• Experience in system integration and enterprise solution delivery

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture and development best practices

• Experience with API integration, microservices, and cloud-based solutions

• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes

• Ability to design scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions

• Experience integrating with ERP systems, databases, and third-party services

Certifications

Preferred OutSystems certifications:

• Architecture Specialist

• Associate Developer

• Mobile Developer Specialist

Preferred Experiences

• Exposure to ERP, IoT, manufacturing, or operational systems

• Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments

• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams is a plus

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
