Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow & Architecture

• Lead ServiceNow solution architecture and migration from legacy platforms such as SharePoint and Nintex K2
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and develop migration strategies
• Design and manage Performance Analytics and Predictive Intelligence
• Provide enterprise architecture guidance and ensure alignment with IT strategy
• Optimise ServiceNow access controls, licensing and security

Agile & Scrum

• Act as Scrum Master for ServiceNow delivery teams
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Manage and prioritise product backlogs with Product Owners
• Track Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement

AI & Innovation

• Architect and implement ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Agentic AI and AI Agent Studio
• Explore integrations between ServiceNow and platforms such as SAP, Workday, Microsoft Copilot, Oracle, Coupa and Ivalua
• Support migration to ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP)

Governance & Vendor Management

• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for vendor deliverables
• Review ServiceNow upgrades, code quality and technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to architecture, security and development best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience in ServiceNow solution architecture, administration and enterprise environments
• Experience with ServiceNow migration and legacy system modernisation
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Agentic AI or AI Agent Studio
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise SaaS platforms
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, platform security and access controls
• Experience in vendor management, technical reviews and quality assurance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP) is an advantage
