Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and technically astute Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of reusable solution assets that power scalable platforms across verticals. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales strategy, technical delivery, and long-term asset evolution - ensuring our solutions are robust, extensible, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve solution architectures for project proposals to ensure alignment with asset strategy and scalability goals
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to develop and validate technical narratives that support business objectives and feasibility
- Oversee the implementation of technical systems during project delivery, signing off on deployed solutions to confirm compliance with architectural, performance, and security standards
- Design and maintain the technical architecture of reusable solution assets, defining architectural blueprints, integration patterns, and scalability models to support vertical expansion
- Partner with engineering leads to ensure consistent and high-quality implementation across diverse use cases
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and effective technical solutions
- Serve as a technical authority during client engagements, balancing innovation with pragmatic delivery to drive successful outcomes
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, documentation practices, and review mechanisms to promote best practices and asset reusability
- Mentor engineering teams on architectural principles and the development of reusable solution assets
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of proposed solutions
- Identify and assess potential technical risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure solution viability
- Apply deep technical expertise to guide the solution development process, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable architecture and design
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience in solution architecture within a systems integrator or enterprise technology environment.
- Strong understanding of scalable platform design and reusable asset development.
- Familiarity with modern architectural paradigms (e.g., microservices, cloud-native, API-first) - specific stack to be defined by CTO.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in both client-facing and internal leadership roles.
- Prior experience at Associate Director level or equivalent is preferred.
