SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

• Analyze business and functional requirements and convert them into high-level and low-level technical designs.

• Define system architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and data flows.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across cloud/on-premise environments.

• Prepare Architecture Design Documents (HLD/LLD), solution blueprints, and technical specifications.

2. Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership to development teams.

• Review code, architecture decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Guide teams on design patterns, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.

• Conduct technical risk assessments and mitigation planning.

3. Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers.

• Participate in client meetings to present technical solutions and architecture proposals.

• Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution estimation, and effort sizing.

4. Integration & System Governance

• Ensure proper integration between multiple systems (ERP, CRM, third-party APIs, etc.).

• Define API standards and ensure secure integration practices.

• Maintain compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security policies.

5. Cloud & Infrastructure (If Applicable)

• Design cloud-native solutions (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Architect CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability planning.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in solution architecture and system design

• Experience with Java / .NET / Node.js / Microservices Architecture

• Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and Integration frameworks

• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Strong understanding of Database Design (SQL/NoSQL)

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of Security best practices and governance frameworks

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field.

Preferred Certifications (Optional)

• AWS/Azure Solution Architect Certification

• TOGAF Certification

• PMP / Scrum Certification

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of IT industry experience

• At least 2-3 years in Solution Architecture role

• Experience handling enterprise-level projects
