Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement cutting-edge healthcare solutions on AWS and other cloud platforms. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, focusing on secure, compliant, and scalable healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture& Implementation

• Design and implement comprehensive healthcare solution architectures on AWS and integrated third-party services
• Manage multiple environments (development, staging, production) ensuring consistency and reliability
• Review and transform legacy codebases to modern, scalable architectures

Compliance& Security

• Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance across US (HIPAA), EU (GDPR), and APAC healthcare regulations
• Provide Design History File (DHF) documentation for Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Implement security best practices and audit trails for healthcare data

DevOps& Automation

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for production deployments
• Leverage AI agents for process automation and workflow optimization
• Ensure reliable, automated testing and deployment processes

Leadership& Support

• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting
• Guide and mentor development and QA teams
• Lead technical decision-making and architectural reviews
  

Required Qualifications

Education& Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience as a developer and solution architect
• Proven track record of building modularized platforms on AWS

Technical Skills

AI Development Tools: Proficiency with Amazon Q Developer, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-powered development tools

Programming: Strong proficiency in Flutter and Python

Computer Vision: Experience with Google Media Pipe and related computer vision frameworks

Cloud& ML: Hands-on experience with AI/ML pipelines on AWS(Sage Maker, Lambda, etc.)

AWS Expertise

Deep understanding of AWS services (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)

Experience with AWS security services and compliance frameworks

Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework principles

Healthcare Domain Knowledge is a plus

Understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)

Experience with medical device software development lifecycle

Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and quality systems

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Security Specialty)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns
• Experience with real-time data processing and analytics
• Background in digital health applications is a plus
