Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural transformation strategy from legacy to modern stack aligned with Java LTS and open standards.
- Define cloud-native patterns, microservices design, and API standards to support modern banking systems.
- Own DevOps toolchain integration includes CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and secure code scanning.
- Evaluate, integrate, and govern LLM-assisted development frameworks to improve developer productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with PMs and BAs to align architecture with business needs and GenAI-assisted use cases.
- Conduct architectural reviews, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations (security, MAS/PDPA).
- Conduct regular code reviews, mentoring, and technical coaching across teams.
- Support engineering and QA teams by providing technical guidance, solution blueprints, and implementation oversight.
Tech Skill Requirements
- Strong foundation in software development, including Java and Spring frameworks.
- Hands-on experience: WebLogic, Java 6/17, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JBoss, Apache, Red Hat 8.x.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies: Angular or React JS.
- Experience with DevOps toolchains: GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes, Artifactory.
- Proficient in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
- Understanding of integrating GenAI or LLM-assisted development into engineering workflows.
- Good understanding of microservices, API management, security, and enterprise integration patterns.
