We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions for Whole-of-Government (WOG) customers. This role focuses on architecting secure, scalable, and reusable platforms aligned with Singapore's digital government frameworks, supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise digital applications, workflows, portals, and data platforms.
- Design modular, scalable architectures aligned with government frameworks and security standards.
- Define technical strategies, roadmaps, and architecture standards with business unit leadership.
- Collaborate with enterprise software vendors to design and integrate platform solutions.
- Provide architectural oversight for complex, multi-agency system implementations.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior government stakeholders.
- Support solution delivery, technical escalations, deployment, and handover to operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems delivery, or public-sector digital transformation.
- Strong experience with enterprise application platforms and complex systems integration.
- Proven experience working with enterprise software OEMs.
- Deep understanding of government frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security standards, and enterprise integration.
- Experience with AI-enabled solutions, cloud-based platforms, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMP are preferred.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
