Strong full-stack engineer comfortable owning work end-to-end - from backend services and APIs to frontend interfaces and CLIs
Solid experience in Node.js and/or Golang on the backend, are fluent in React, Next.js on the frontend, and have working proficiency in Python - enough to build and maintain starter kits, libraries, and tooling that support Python-based engineering teams
AI-assisted development - building tools that leverage coding agents, LLM APIs, and AI workflows to meaningfully improve how engineers work
Agentic AI workflows (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot Workspace) as a natural part of how you build, and you know
how to craft skills, prompts, and agent configurations that make these tools genuinely effective
Passionate about improving developer workflows and building tools, libraries, and guidance that make engineering teams more productive
Understand the full SDLC - from coding and testing to CI/CD, infrastructure, containers, monitoring, and operations
Clean, secure, maintainable software, and are opinionated about good engineering practices
Experience building and maintaining open-source or innersourced software libraries - you understand what it means to design APIs for other
developers, write docs that get used, and maintain software with many downstream consumers
Thrive on listening to developers, understanding their pain points, and working collaboratively to solve them
