Functions/Responsibilities:
. Design and architect end-to-end Citrix solutions that meet customer requirements for performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
. Translate business and technical requirements into deployable, high-quality architectures aligned with best practices.
. Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and ready for successful implementation.
. Act as the Subject Matter Expert to Sales Teams and Business Partners throughout the sales lifecycle.
. Support pre-sales engagements including solution design, technical presentations, workshops, and proposal development.
. Contribute to deal strategy and support successful opportunity closure.
. Design complete solution offerings, including professional services, support, and enablement programs (training, workshops).
. Define solution components, scope of work, deliverables, effort estimation.
. Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs)
. Support delivery teams by resolving technical challenges and ensuring alignment with the approved architecture.
. Develop and maintain clear architecture, solution, and design documentation to support sales and delivery teams.
. Stay current with Citrix technologies and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Performance Requirements:
. Minimum 10 years of experience in EUC solutions, with certification in Citrix technologies, and comfortable engaging with senior executives and key stakeholders.
. Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in Citrix technologies (e.g. Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC / NetScaler, Citrix Cloud).
. Proven ability to support sales-led and partner-driven engagements, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
. Strong understanding of virtualization, security, and hybrid or cloud environments.
. Deliver complete, accurate, and up-to-date architecture designs and technical documentation aligned with best practices and client requirements.
. Resolve critical technical issues and provide clear root cause analysis with corrective actions.
. Work effectively with internal teams, channels, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Education or Qualification:
. At least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
. Minimum 10 years of prior experience in Citrix solution architecture, design, and enterprise delivery, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and key stakeholders.
