Job Roles & Responsibilities: -- Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
- Define overall system architecture, including Salesforce SaaS, SG-Mail, and third-party integrations.
- Drive technical analysis, solution formulation, technology selection, and implementation planning.
- Ensure system performance, stability, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Guide and mentor technical teams, providing solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers on technical decisions and risk assessments.
- Optimize existing systems, perform performance monitoring, and resolve key technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain design and implementation documentation.
Job Skills & Requirements:-- 58+ years experience in Salesforce solution architecture and implementation.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, Triggers, Workflows, and Flows.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, profiles, permission sets, and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with third-party API integrations, ASP MVC/Web API, and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS).
- Familiarity with AWS Government Cloud (GCC) and government tech stack.
- Strong grasp of design patterns, multithreading, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications and Lightning development project experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication, documentation, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
