Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), and Power Platform components.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, including CRM, Billing, Asset Management, Field Service, Work Order Management, and Customer Service.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solution designs.
• Define integration architectures between D365 and third-party systems such as billing platforms, payment gateways, GIS, IoT, and legacy systems.
• Govern data models, configurations, and custom development standards.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and performance requirements

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O.
• Strong hands-on experience with D365 modules including Customer Service, Field Service, Asset Management, Billing/Revenue, and Workflow Automation.
• Proven experience designing integrations using Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs, or middleware platforms.
• Experience leading multi-vendor or large-scale implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and data protection.
