Aptitude Management Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead HR digital transformation and cloud-based HRIS implementation projects for regional and multinational clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant project delivery aligned with client business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and hypercare support.
- Implement and manage SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Recruitment Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding 2.0 (ONB), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), and People Analytics.
- Design and oversee system integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, Payroll systems, CPI, PI/PO, IAS, and third-party platforms. Manage project timelines, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and governance reporting.
- Apply Agile and SAP Activate methodologies to ensure structured and efficient project execution.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, manage change initiatives, and drive user adoption strategies.
- Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning manage project escalations and steering committee communications.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, demos, proposal development, and effort estimation.
- Lead offshore and onshore teams to ensure quality delivery across multi-country implementations.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and HR best practices across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- At least 4-5 years in Project Management and certification Is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing multi-country or regional HRIS transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in:
- Employee Central (including Time Off & Benefits)
- Recruitment Management & Recruiting Marketing
- Onboarding 2.0
- Performance & Goals Management
- People Analytics - Hands-on experience in SAP integrations (CPI, PI/PO, IAS, SAP HCM, S/4HANA).
- Experience in Agile delivery and SAP Activate methodology.
- Preferred Success factor certification and SAP Activate PM Certified.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
