We are a manufacturing company specializing in CNC milling, CNC turning, and welding fabrication. We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer with SolidWorks experience to support both design and production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks
- Prepare detailed drawings for CNC machining and fabrication
- Design jigs, fixtures, and custom parts
- Work closely with CNC machinists and welding team on production
- Improve design for manufacturability and cost efficiency
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving on shop floor
Requirements:
- Proficient in SolidWorks (3D modeling & detailing)
- Experience in CNC machining / precision engineering industry preferred
- Good understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and materials
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently
