Solidity/Rust Quantitative Developer

About the Role:

• Oversee and manage real-time market-making systems and trading strategies in production environments.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative research across various DeFi protocols, staying current with protocol upgrades, innovations, and trends.
• Monitor market conditions, regulatory developments, and news events that impact DeFi assets and trading opportunities.
• Design and implement core mathematical models, perform comprehensive risk assessments, and deliver proofs of concept.
• Continuously evaluate strategy performance, ensuring effective risk and performance management.

About the Requirements:

• Proven experience in proprietary trading, cryptocurrency, or DeFi markets.
• Strong programming skills in Solidity and/or Rust, or demonstrated experience with blockchain infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in market making and algorithmic trading strategy development.
