Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the solar energy and renewable sector
• Conduct site visits and engage clients to understand energy needs and propose solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and support technical presentations
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth installation and delivery
• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closing

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field preferred
• Interest in renewable energy / solar industry with willingness to learn technical knowledge
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Self-driven with ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office technical drawing knowledge is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management from design, procurement, construction, testing, and final handover

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure project compliance

• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of power systems including substations, UPS, transformers, and generators

• Ensure all works meet regulatory, contractual, and mission-critical facility requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within construction or engineering environments

• Experience in power systems, data centres, or mission-critical facilities is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, risk management, and stakeholder coordination

• PMP or relevant professional certifications are advantageous
