Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate and manage project documentation and customer records
  • Maintain proper filing and archiving of documents through shared platforms
  • Update and manage customer information within the company CRM system
  • Prepare invoices and assist with basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks using Xero
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth project coordination
  • Assist in tracking project progress and submission documents where required
  • Handle general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous, organized, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in SolarEdge Designer, CRM systems, or Xero will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in the solar or construction industry is a bonus but not required
