Job scope and responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for site manpower
- Manage HR related issues for site manpower
- Travelling to all sites to ensure safety
- Troubleshoot and problem solve site related problems
- Procurement of site materials
- Troubleshooting inverters
- Tracking and maintenance of warehouse inventory
- Quality check on solar installation on day of commissioning
- Manage sub contractors
Requirements:
- 2 years in solar industry
- Manage Work at Height Certifcate
- BCSS
- Electrical Core Trade
- Drivers license
