As a Software Testing Engineer, you will play an integral part of our software development lifecycle by ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with our development team to design and execute test plans, identify and report bugs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.
This role also supports Quality Control (QC) activities, such as QC inspections and reviews of product-related documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand project requirements and user stories.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Document test results and clearly communicate findings to the development team.
- Work closely with the QA team to prioritize and resolve identified issues in a timely manner.
- Support change control activities, including impact assessments and verification testing.
- Conduct QC tests and review evidence for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Assist in nonconformance investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) related to software.
- Support internal and external audits by providing test records and QC documentation.

- Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or other related areas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
