We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to drive quality across the Agile development lifecycle. You will design and execute test strategies, ensuring delivery of reliable, secure, and high-quality software while collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies, plans, and cases based on acceptance criteria
- Perform manual and automated testing across functional, integration, system, and UAT stages
- Contribute to test automation and continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers
- Support Agile teams with early and frequent testing in each sprint
- Prepare UAT artefacts, validate functionality, and ensure audit-ready documentation
- Maintain clear test plans, results, and defect reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in software QA/testing within Agile environments
- Strong experience in manual and automated testing
- Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or TestNG
- Understanding of Agile testing and CI/CD practices
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and documentation skills
