Software Test Lead (AMK)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios and test schedules.
• Lead and coordinate daily testing activities, including test case reviews and coverage checks.
• Monitor test progress and report status, risks and issues.
• Manage defect tracking, triage and resolution with development teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression and production validation testing.
• Mentor testers and provide guidance throughout the testing process.
• Build strong working relationships with testers and stakeholders.
• Ensure testing deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of software testing experience, including 1 to 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps or HP ALM.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to lead teams, manage risks and deliver quality results within deadlines.
• Adaptable, willing to learn and able to work effectively under pressure.
