Job Scope:
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test strategies for a large-scale corporate website redevelopment project.
- Conduct full end-to-end testing across both front-end and back-end components, ensuring readiness for deployment to staging and production.
- Perform manual testing based on user stories, including functional, integration, regression, UAT, and cross-browser testing.
- Execute automated testing using established automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform load and performance testing using JMeter.
- Validate tagging implementations (WOGAA, Web Analytics, Social Media Tags) and ensure accurate data capture.
Documentation & Compliance
- Review technical documentation, developer deliverables, and deployment materials to ensure alignment with government digital standards.
- Create clear and comprehensive user guides and testing documentation.
- Maintain well-structured, traceable records of defects, test cases, and test outcomes.
Governance & Deployment
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX teams, and project managers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Support the team in managing QA activities within the 14-month development Gantt plan.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in website QA and CMS-based testing for large-scale digital projects.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Proficient in manual testing, including user story-based test case creation and execution.
- Practical experience using JMeter for performance and load tests.
- Familiar with WOGAA, analytics tagging, and implementation validation.
- Able to conduct detailed reviews of technical documentation and developer deliverables.
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Experience with government-related projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
