Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience in a software product development or software testing environment.
- Experience executing test plans and test cases for desktop and/or web applications, including both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Practical experience with test automation and familiarity with automation frameworks such as TestCafe, TestNG, Selenium, or equivalent.
- Experience creating test plans and test cases based on requirement analysis and functional specifications.
- Practical knowledge of applying AI tools and techniques to improve software testing productivity, such as test case generation, test result analysis, or defect investigation.
- Experience in regression, integration, and system testing.
- Experience collaborating with local and global software development teams.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and source control systems such as Git is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
