Test Analyst

We are looking for a Test Analyst to support digital insurance projects involving the onboarding of strategic partners and integration of insurance products/services through digital channels.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, developers, Test Managers and business users to understand requirements, design and execute test scenarios, identify defects, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with BA and business users to understand requirements.
• Create test scenarios, test cases and test data.
• Perform manual functional and end-to-end testing.
• Execute test cases based on assigned priorities.
• Document test results and evidence.
• Log, investigate and track defects.
• Provide clarification to developers on reported defects.
• Track testing progress and defect resolution.
• Perform defect retesting and closure.
• Conduct initial investigation against business requirements.
• Support Test Manager with testing status and defect reporting.
• Create and execute automated tests where applicable.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.

Candidate Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of testing experience
• Strong hands-on manual testing experience
• Experience creating and executing test cases
• Experience in defect logging, tracking and retesting
• Good functional and E2E testing exposure
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Insurance/financial services testing experience is preferred
• Automation testing experience is an advantage
• Immediate availability or maximum 1 month notice
