Job Duties:
Provide operational support for mission-critical applications and platform services, ensuring system availability and operational readiness.
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot technical issues, and implement timely resolutions.
Support application deployments, rollback activities, release validation, and post-deployment verification across development and production environments.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.
Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
Administer Linux and Windows server environments, including patching, preventive maintenance, and configuration updates.
Monitor system health, application performance, logs, and alerts using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, and Zabbix.
Maintain deployment scripts, automation tools, certificates, environment configurations, and secure connectivity setups.
Support disaster recovery (DR), business continuity, high availability (HA), and operational resilience initiatives.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software system engineering, DevOps, application support, production support, or platform administration.
Strong knowledge of Linux administration, application deployment, and enterprise troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with application technologies such as React, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
Experience in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, eG Enterprise, Nagios, or Zabbix.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, secure system hardening, vulnerability management, certificate management, and secure CI/CD processes.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment.
