Job Description:

As a Software Sales Consultant / Executive, you will play a vital role in our growth and success. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support. This role offers the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team and contribute to the evolution of technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate a pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, including initial contact, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for clients, working closely with our implementation and support teams to meet their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and secure referrals.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identify collaboration opportunities, and drive mutual business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
