Job Summary

You are the channel and team enabler, the main point of contact for our software (Mozart), and a key valued member of the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team. You will work closely with GPS members and collaborate with channel partners to enhance their technical expertise through a combination of partner enablement activities and joint field engagements.

You will also collaborate with the software (Mozart) development team and other technical members within the Technology Services Business by providing inputs and feedback from the field that contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of our software product. You will help co-develop content, including demos, to enable and support channel partners in prospecting, qualifying, and running sales campaigns and opportunities.

In this role, you are expected to operate independently when engaging with channel partners to pursue opportunities, and to proactively contribute initiatives and ideas that help the channel business evolve and progress.

To support your success, you will work closely with teams across Certis, including Sales, Pre-sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery. Your focus on driving Mozart success through channel partners will require you to work across the organisation, acquiring the skills and knowledge needed to create and build scalable solutions that enable our channel partners to fulfil customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the channel and team enabler and the primary point of contact for our software (Mozart)
  • Work closely with GPS members and collaborate with channel partners to improve partners technical expertise
  • Deliver partner enablement activities and participate in joint field engagements
  • Collaborate with the software (Mozart) development team and other technical members of the Technology Services Business to provide field feedback and inputs
  • Contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of the software product
  • Co-develop content, including demos, to support channel partners in prospecting, qualifying, and running sales campaigns and opportunities
  • Operate independently when working with channel partners to pursue opportunities
  • Proactively contribute initiatives and ideas to support the growth and progression of the channel business
  • Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams across Certis
  • Build scalable solutions for channel partners to meet customer needs and drive Mozart success through the channel

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a technical role within a sales organisation
  • Experience in designing architecture and solutions from scratch, including sizing preparation and cost estimation
  • Proven sales acumen with the ability to identify new, growth, or upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Experience in understanding and resolving technical issues, including managing partner or customer escalations
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, partners, and customers
  • Ability to lead partner sales and pre-sales in customer engagements and provide on-the-field coaching
  • Readiness to work under time pressure and adapt quickly to changing demands
  • Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Intrusion Detection Systems
  • Familiarity with Facilities Management Systems such as HVAC, power, and water systems
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology and tools for conducting workshops
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures, software development methodologies, and microservices architecture
  • Experience within the Ops Tech market will be an advantage
