About the Role:
- Perform end-to-end QA testing for websites and CMS platforms.
- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct regression testing and validate front-end and back-end functionality in line with developer documentation.
- Carry out pre-launch checks such as cross-browser testing, broken link validation, site performance, tagging accuracy, analytics implementation, and page optimization.
- Execute performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter.
- Review technical documentation and support the creation of user guides.
- Test and validate implementations for Web Analytics, WOGAA, and social media tagging.
About the Requirements:
- Proven experience in QA testing for websites and CMS environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation frameworks.
- ISTQB certification (or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience in end-to-end testing for large-scale website development projects.
- Strong understanding of both manual and automated pre-flight QA processes.
- Experience working on government-related digital projects is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
