Job Role: -Software Quality Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure software quality and compliance.
- Participate in continuous integration and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, documentation, and best practices.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or Postman.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7-9 years of relevant experience; QA or testing certifications are a plus.
