- Position: Software Quality Assurance Engineer
- Location: WFH in SG / Temporary Relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Working hours: 6 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 7.00PM

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases covering functional, API, performance, and security scenarios.
- Conduct performance testing (load, stress, concurrency, stability) using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Identify performance bottlenecks (CPU, memory, database) and provide optimization insights.
- Log, track, and validate defects using tools like JIRA.
- Develop and maintain automated and performance test scripts to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to ensure quality standards.
- Prepare test and performance reports with clear quality assessments and recommendations.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in functional and performance testing.
- Proficient in test management, API testing, and performance testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Postman, JMeter).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or Shell for test automation.
- Solid understanding of Web systems, databases, and security testing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect analysis skills.
- Familiar with Linux environments and basic system monitoring commands.
- Effective communicator and team player with Agile experience.
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
