Software QA Engineer/Functional (IT Industry) -$3000 - $4500

Job Responsibilities

• Create test plans and test reports for functional and/or performance test
• Create test cases based on functional specifications.
• Conduct functional and automated testing (if applicable) on software applications
• Identify, track and retest bugs.
• Perform various tests such as manual/functional/performance/exploratory tests support UATs

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• Must have at least 3 years of software testing experience in web-based application.
• Enterprise level testing tools (e.g. HP Mobile Center, HP UFT, HP QC, Sprinter)
• Experience with open source performance testing tools ( i.e. JMeter, Gatling, Locust) or enterprise level testing tools (HP LoadRunner)
• Experience with open source penetration testing tools (ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map) or
• Enterprise level penetration testing tools (HP WebInspect, Nessus CheckMarx)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working experience in Agile environment will be an added advantage
