Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Program Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure software solutions within the cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with cybersecurity engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to build systems that enhance security operations, automate processes, and protect organizational assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain secure applications and tools for cybersecurity operations.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement security controls and automate threat detection and response processes.
- Develop scripts and programs for vulnerability scanning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Integrate security solutions such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection tools.
- Perform code reviews to ensure secure coding practices are followed.
- Identify and remediate software vulnerabilities and security flaws.
- Maintain documentation for developed systems, APIs, and workflows.
- Support incident response activities by developing custom tools or scripts when required.
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and security.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity projects or environments.
- Knowledge of penetration testing tools or vulnerability assessment.
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Certifications such as:CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)CompTIA Security+CISSP (advantage)
