Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineering Project Manager / Techno Project Manager to lead technology projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with security, cloud, and operational best practices. You will combine technical expertise with strong project delivery skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and impactful technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate technical requirements into actionable project deliverables by applying expertise in cloud, DevOps, and enterprise IT environments
  • Apply deep knowledge of land transport operations, including road works, maintenance, and operational workflows, to ensure technology solutions address real-world challenges
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transport workflows, enhance systems integration, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle including detailed planning, execution, progress tracking, and comprehensive reporting
  • Ensure all project implementations comply with security standards such as IM8, CIS, and NIST, as well as organizational governance policies
  • Coordinate engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve timely and successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on incidents, implement corrective actions, and lead ongoing reliability process improvements
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change control processes to maintain project health
  • Support documentation efforts, user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, procurement workflows, and technical design reviews
  • Deliver regular project updates, stakeholder briefings, and status reports to maintain transparency and alignment
  • Troubleshoot project issues, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success
  • Maintain Agile project workflows and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer or information science or equivalent
  • Over 12 years of IT industry experience with at least 4 years managing technology projects
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the land transport domain implementing large workflow applications and complex projects
  • Hands-on experience managing projects involving BIM solutions and cloud-based implementations (public, private, or hybrid cloud)
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, enterprise systems, and security compliance frameworks
  • Cloud certification (any) is desirable but not essential
