. Reports to Head of Software Engineering within a tech department of over 100 people.

. Manage a diverse team of 40 engineers, overseeing 10 locally and 30 across regional hubs in Chengdu and Manila.

. 70% on leadership and stakeholder management, 30% hands-on code review, architect design, mentor junior

. Act as a key collaborator with other IT functions to align technical strategies with broader business objective

skills and requirement

. Min 10 years in Full Stack development with min 5 years in team leadership

. Deep proficiency in Java and JavaScript (React/Angular) for end-to-end application management

. Strong experience with Azure and modern DevOps tools

. Forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mentality

. Strong stakeholder management skills

. Mandarin speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin
