Software Engineer

Your role :

We're looking for a software engineer to:

. design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages and cloud technologies

. conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC

. share expertise and best practices with colleagues and contribute regularly to our engineering culture

Your team :

You'll be working in the GOTO WMPC Team as part of the Technology division in Singapore to support Portfolio Risk Engine. Together as a team, we provide solutions for successfull and compliant client advisory for the success of the UBS clients.

Your expertise :

. minimally 7+ years of experience in software development with Java and Spring Boot CI/CD pipelines and agile practices

. extensive experience with microservices architecture and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)

. extensive experience in designing applications (Object oriented design, Design patterns)

. extensive experience with Azure technologies, in particular Azure Kubernetes Services, Redis, PostgreSQL and Event Hubs

. excellent skills as creative problem solver and team player with great communication skills and fluent in English
