Software Engineer - Singapore

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to build and enhance product features based on business goals and user requirements.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including conversational chatbots, to improve customer experience.
- Review user feedback, logs, and performance data to continuously improve system quality and usability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues discovered during testing or in live environments.
- Create and maintain clear technical specifications and documentation for new and existing features.
- Participate in cloud-based application development, deployment, and maintenance activities.
- Contribute actively within a collaborative team environment, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
An Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 1 year of hands-on experience in software development or related roles.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python, MCP, or Agentic Programming is a plus.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), or chatbot development is preferred.
This is a 1 year contract to start, renewable and convertible to permanent.
