The Role
As a
Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering AI-powered solutions that transform how teams work. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create agentic workflows and the building blocks that make them possible.
What You'll Do
- Build, test, and deploy end-to-end experiences (chat and web) for product understanding, leveraging our product knowledge repository and catalog.
- Architect and scale our product knowledge repository and catalog for performance and reliability.
- Develop intelligent agents that use resources and tools to provide expert-level insights into product rollout status and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, and React.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agent development.
- Familiarity with ML ecosystems (platforms, libraries, frameworks) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
