Software Engineer (Shell Scripting)

• Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation, deployment, and system monitoring.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of existing scripts and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application and infrastructure requirements.
• Optimize and enhance existing scripts to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Support integration of scripts with databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation of developed scripts.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, logs, and batch processes, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Shell scripting (Bash, Korn, or similar).
• Understanding of UNIX/Linux environments.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database interaction.
• Familiarity with automation tools or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
