Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software for semiconductor equipment (motion control, data acquisition, automation)
- Collaborate with hardware and mechanical teams to integrate software with precision systems
- Develop Windows-based software for high-speed, high-precision equipment
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure system reliability and performance
- Explore and implement AI, machine learning, or computer vision (where applicable)
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, and industry standards
- Support continuous improvement in scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Prepare technical documentation and provide internal support/training
Requirements
- Prior experience in software development, preferably within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
- Strong proficiency in C++, particularly for Windows-based systems, automation, or UI development
- Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or computer vision will be an added advantage
