Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our team. The role involves developing and customizing Salesforce applications, working with Agile methodologies, and supporting web development initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in Salesforce technologies and DevOps practices while contributing to business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform Salesforce application development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows.
- Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow Builder to design and implement business solutions.
- Develop using OmniStudio, OmniScripts, or Public Sector Solutions where required.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git), and version control systems.
- Apply knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Build and maintain web solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Perform manual test cases to ensure functionality and usability meet business requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Certifications (Advantageous)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce application development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows.
