Software Engineer (Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for a software engineer who ships 10x faster than traditional developers by leveraging AI tools. You'll be part of a high-performing team tasked with building our social commerce platform in Singapore, and scaling it to new markets globally.

Job Description

- 5+ years of deep experience in one area: Mobile, Backend, or Frontend

- Demonstrated 10x productivity using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.)

- Strong fundamentals in software design and architecture

- Experience with social media or e-commerce platforms is a plus

- Ability to evangelize AI workflows and uplift team-wide productivity

- Must submit 1-2 side projects built with AI assistance

Tech Stack

- Backend: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Node.js, AWS

- Frontend: React, TypeScript

- Mobile: iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), React Native

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and scale software solutions end-to-end

- Lead technical initiatives and mentor team members

- Champion AI-powered development practices across the team

- Continuously improve development velocity through AI-powered workflows
