What You'll Do:
. Build and deliver new features and enhancements across trading services using C++, Java and Python

. Automate build, test and deployment workflows aligned to DevOps practices

. Monitor services, troubleshoot production issues and lead incident resolution torestore stability fast

. Improve system performance, latency and capacity through measurement and tuning

. Strengthen reliability through better alerting, dashboards and operational runbooks

. Modernizearchitecture toward cloud-centric microservices and platform standards

. Partner with sales and trading stakeholders to clarify requirements and shape practical solutions.

What Will Make You Shine:
. Proven experience building production software in C++ plus Java or Python

. Strong background in data structures, algorithms and software design fundamentals

. Hands-on experience supporting Linux-based services in production environments

. Experience working with distributed systems and microservices patterns

. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across code, infrastructure and dependencies

. Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders across locations

. Ownership mindset with structured problem-solving and follow-through

Nice to Have

. Experience with Kubernetes, Helm and Docker for deployment and operations

. Familiarity with Apache Kafka or similar event streaming platforms

. Experience with observability tooling such as Open Telemetry, Prometheus and Grafana
