Software Engineer (Full-time, Contract)
Location: Singapore (Cleantech area - on-site)
About the Role
We are hiring a skilled and driven Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, Python, and Angular, plus a solid foundation in Microservices and DevOps. You'll work in a collaborative R&D environment where innovation meets real-world software delivery, building solutions that support advanced digital manufacturing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver software solutions using C#, ASP.NET, Python, and Angular.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software architectures.
- Build and maintain microservices for reliable, modular, and high-performing systems.
- Integrate cross-platform software components, services, and APIs.
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines using DevOps best practices (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket).
- Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies to enhance development workflows and solution quality.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize systems for performance, stability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Solid experience developing with C#, ASP.NET, Python, and Angular.
- Proven experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with DevOps/CI-CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket pipelines).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity in industrial environments.
- Exposure to data analytics, AI/ML in applied/industrial use cases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integrating cloud services into enterprise systems.
