Set up computers for production and office use to ensure operational readiness

Troubleshoot line systems and communicate issues and resolutions to headquarters
Manage IT access controls and privileges across all departments to maintain security
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures in daily operations
Lead improvement projects across administrative and line operations by developing programming solutions to automate data reporting, document submission, and operational decision-making through GUI and efficient data retrieval
Support headquarters by maintaining shopfloor system source code and proposing framework improvements to enhance departmental efficiency
