Software Engineer

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with 5-8 years of hands-on development expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable, highquality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, drive technical decisions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices.

What will you do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy highquality software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features endtoend.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Ensure software security, compliance, and robustness in distributed environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, or cloudbased systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
