Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise applications and technical solutions.
- Provide production and application support, troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and drive issues through to closure.
- Develop and maintain applications using Java, Unix Shell scripting, C, VXML, and related technologies.
- Support and integrate IVR, contact center, voice, email, chatbot, and digital communication platforms.
- Work with infrastructure, application, security, and vendor teams for server setup, application deployment, middleware integration, and system onboarding.
- Perform application deployments across SIT, UAT, and production environments using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines, CI/CD scripts, source-code repositories, and artifact management processes.
- Work with tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, Artifactory, Gradle, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Support application servers such as Tomcat and enterprise middleware, including IBM WebSphere MQ.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using Oracle and MS SQL Server, including SQL queries and application data troubleshooting.
- Manage scheduled jobs using Control-M and support backup operations using NetBackup.
- Configure and monitor application and server alerts using enterprise monitoring tools such as BMC.
- Perform daily application health checks, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and performance monitoring.
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises, patch deployments, production rollouts, and rollback activities.
- Coordinate with business users during UAT, support testing activities, and assist with UAT sign-off.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, deployment plans, and operational handover documents.
- Work with Change Management teams to communicate technical scope, implementation plans, risks, dependencies, and rollback strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to resolve application and infrastructure issues.
- Ensure non-functional requirements are completed before applications are transitioned to BAU/production support.
- Support integration with external and downstream systems and data sources.
- Use JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking, project documentation, and status reporting.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and contribute to effective team coordination and delivery.

- Experience managingprojects from technical design and infrastructure setup through implementationand production handover.
