Software Engineer-Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Design technical architecture, APIs, and database solutions.
• Lead code reviews and ensure coding standards, quality, and security.
• Mentor and guide developers while driving best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver projects.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Manage deployments and support CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with proven technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with system design, cloud platforms, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience working with Government projects.
