Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a development team to deliver scalable, high-impact digital solutions.
- Architect and design fullstack systems with strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
- Develop and review secure, high-performance APIs.
- Promote secure coding and integrate DevSecOps practices across the SDLC.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure QA integration within DevSecOps workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure cloud deployment aligns with AWS/Azure best practices for monitoring and maintenance.
- Deliver compliant systems integrated with government authentication (e.g., Singpass, Corppass).
- Support project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on development, with 2-3 years in a team or project leadership role.
- Proficient in fullstack development and RESTful API design.
- Strong understanding of secure coding and DevSecOps toolchains.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with public sector systems and government authentication integration.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
